Thanks for your feedback. So i went through my computer and tried deleating things i thought i wouldent need, and found 2 backups that system restore had made. One from the recent restore and i also had found on from over a year ago. So i tried to delete them both as they were and i got the error saying that it couldent do it because the files might be in use. So i went into them and tried to delete all files in the two folders, but it wouldent let me delete all of them Unless hidden real well The above method works best for windows 7 but you could try uninstalling suspicious programs from windows 10 too.
